Peter Fisk

Peter Fisk brings over 40 years of expertise in the theme park and hospitality industry, holding senior roles such as VP of Merchandise and International Director of In- Park Revenue and Operations partnering with leading brands like SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Six Flags, and Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Known for his balanced leadership approach, he combines strategic vision with practical systems to enhance guest experiences and empower teams. His experience spans new construction, venue design, daily operations, revenue optimization, logistics, retail and F&B development. A passionate mentor and semi-retired, Peter fosters growth and accountability while exploring the world from his home base in Asia.

Don McCoy

Don McCoy is a veteran leader with over 40 years in the theme park and hospitality industry, holding progressive roles in operations and leadership culminating as Park President for multiple properties and resort. His expertise spans park operations, marketing, in-park revenue optimization, strategic planning, executive leadership, financial analysis, green energy initiatives, and capital improvement programs. Don’s leadership extended to indoor water park hotels and zoological parks, deepening his understanding of guest engagement and safety. Now semi-retired in upstate New York, he enjoys family time while continuing to share his insight and passion for innovation and operational excellence.

Randy Barnett

Randy Barnett is a seasoned creative leader with over 30 years in the theme park and hospitality industry, holding roles such as Art Director, Executive Art Director, and Principal Designer. His work spans U.S. and international projects, shaping immersive attractions and themed environments that balance storytelling, functionality, and operational needs. A multidisciplinary designer skilled in photography, graphic design, props, sets, project management, and concept development, Randy brings a collaborative approach and strong artistic vision to every project. Based in Texas, he continues to explore the world with the same curiosity and creativity that fuel his designs.

Will Edwards

Will Edwards is a veteran executive with over 40 years in the global theme park and hospitality industry, holding roles from Merchandise Manager, General Manager, Park President, COO and CEO. His experience spans theme parks, shopping centers, aquariums, and indoor attractions featuring major IPs like Hello Kitty, Mattel, and KidZania. Known for blending commercial insight with hands-on operational expertise, Will has led respected organizations such as Boyds Bears, Six Flags, DFS, and Merlin Entertainment (Legoland & Sea Life Aquariums), mentoring teams and shaping future industry leaders. Based in Asia, he continues to share his expertise while pursuing his passion for travel and exploring cultures worldwide.

Tim Burkhart

"Engineer of thrills, steward of safety, and champion for his community."



Tim Burkhart brings more than 40 years of progressive experience in theme and water park operations, most recently as Corporate Vice President of Maintenance and Construction for Six Flags. He oversaw all maintenance and construction functions across the company’s North American parks and contributed to international developments in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, China, and Mexico. With deep expertise in large‑scale infrastructure, ride procurement, operational management and a leading expert in ride restraint systems, Tim is known for his steady leadership and technical insight. He volunteers extensively with a number of non profit organizations in the Santa Clarita Valley, is an avid cyclist and has been a city Planning Commissioner for over twenty years.

David Fearon

David Fearon is a Shanghai‑based sourcing and manufacturing specialist with deep expertise in premium, design‑led hospitality, residential, and leisure projects. He delivers high‑quality indoor and outdoor furniture, bespoke pieces, and full fit‑outs, managing the entire China execution pipeline—from supplier discovery and engineering to quality control and global logistics. As a single, accountable partner, David brings precision, scale, and certainty to complex procurement. With a passion for sport and travel, David combines family time with pursuits such as hiking, long distance running, and golf.
